Requirements
Qualifications and experience desired for the role:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Management or related field from an accredited institution or
At least three years in an HR role and pursuing a tertiary qualification in a related field
Demonstrated knowledge of research and analysis techniques.
Knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices
Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work on a flexible schedule.
Be deadline driven with excellent time management skills.
Must be competent with technology and proficient in the use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite.

· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.

· English is a must; Spanish would be an asset but not required
What to Expect
This role supports the Catering and Concession operations ensuring an efficient and smooth business operations while assisting management to plan and administer important HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, training, and development & coaching.
Duties include, but not limited to:
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, employee records, and documentation both physically and in the HRIS system including monthly Group, Cluster and Station HR reports
• Manages the employee data request and administers job letters, vacation records, employee letters, employee communications/memos and benefits documentation
• Ensures monthly all HR files have all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
• Assist with payroll functions including reviewing department submissions, answering employee queries and data entry
• All payroll related data e.g. new starters, terminations, promotions, etc. are prepared for authorization for further submission in accordance with payroll deadlines.
• Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, EAP and retirement plan providers.
• All medical claims are submitted to the insurance company within 48 hours of receipt and the relevant follow-up is done with the provider.
• Conducts new hire orientation including scheduling and documentation including issuing company identification cards and airport security passes
• Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
• Supports in the coordination of training programmes and employee development activities including registration, scheduling and evaluations.
